La Joconde nue  (The Nude Mona Lisa)
June 1 – October 6, 2019

When the Duke d’Aumale acquired the mysterious “Nude Mona Lisa” in 1862, it was attributed to Leonardo da Vinci. Since then, experts have debated the drawing’s authorship including the role that the master himself played in its creation. Dr. Mathieu Deldicque (Domaine de Chantilly), Vincent Delieuvin (Musée du Louvre) and Guillaume Kazerouni (Musée des Beaux-Arts, Rennes) have teamed up to delve into the secrets of the “Nude Mona Lisa” in a brilliant exhibition.
