PRINCE AMYN AGA KHAN HONORED AT CHANTILLY
Prince Amyn Aga Khan, the Founding Chairman of the Friends of the Domaine de Chantilly, was honored at a special event at the Château de Chantilly on March 22.
Xavier Darcos, Chancellor of the Institut de France, and Nathalie Brunel, FODC Board member, spoke about Prince Amyn's long time involvement and many contributions which greatly raised awareness of Chantilly around the world. In recognition of Prince Amyn's tireless efforts and generous support, Chantilly's Gallery of Prints & Drawings was renamed the "Cabinet d'arts graphiques Prince Amyn Aga Khan". After the unveiling of the plaque, a delightful performance by Iddo Bar-Shaï and a lovely reception followed. The evening concluded with a visit of the exhibition Les Mondes de Watteau.
The Friends of the Domaine de Chantilly is deeply grateful to Prince Amyn for his leadership, his endless enthusiasm and ongoing support.
