This exhibition is the result of an unprecedented collaboration between eminent specialists, including Pierre Rosenberg (former President-Director of the Louvre), Laurent Le Bon (Director of the Picasso Museum in Paris), and Chantilly’s own Nicole Garnier. In 2016, for the first time ever, the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe event was held on Chantilly’s legendary racecourse. From the stands, racegoers could admire the backdrop of the stunning Grandes Écuries and the Princes de Condé’s château as the horses thundered around the course. Rembrandt au Musée Condé
This exhibition focuses on the Duke d’Aumale’s remarkable collection of Rembrandt engravings. The twenty one engravings (some are attributed to members of Rembrandt’s entourage) on display in the new Gallery of Prints and Drawings have never been previously exhibited to the public. This exhibition is supported by Friends of the Domaine de Chantilly.

America! La maison d’Orléans et les Etats-Unis
This exhibition focuses on the strong ties over four generations between one of the major European dynasties and the state of Washington spanning from the Revolutionary War to the post-Civil War era. Alain Decaux (1925-2016) was a member of France’s prestigious Académie française and a TV media personality. From 1998 to 2009, he was president of the College of Conservators of Chantilly and very devoted to helping restore Chantilly to its original splendor. This exhibition is taking place in the Galerie de Psyché.

Find out more »Alain Decaux de l’Académie française 1925 – 2016
Alain Decaux was a member of the prestigious Académie française and a very well-known media figure. He was also a journalist, historian, screenwriter, and TV host. From 1999 to 2009, he was the president of the College of Curators of Chantilly by way of the Institut de France. He played a large part in helping to establish the foundation now in place dedicated to the preservation of Chantilly.

Chantilly Spring Flower Show
The semi-annual Flower Show returns to Chantilly May 18th-May 20th. One of the most prestigious events in the horticultural world, over 200 exhibitors congregate on the magnificent grounds of Chantilly and display their plant collections to plant lovers and professionals of the field, giving them the opportunity to purchase plants, gardening tools, and other related merchandise and to attend conferences, workshops, and signings. The theme for the 2018 edition of the show is "Chantilly Favorites," in which exhibitors will present their favorite plant.
