Friends of the Domaine de Chantilly (FODC) is pleased to announce that its next event will be on Monday, March 19, 2018 at Château de Chantilly, one of France’s premiere heritage sites. FODC will host an exceptional private tour led by curator Nicole Garnier of the current exhibit “Rembrandt au Musée Condé” in the new Gallery of Prints and Drawings. This spectacular collection of 21 drawings by Rembrandt and members of his entourage has until now never been displayed to the public. The visit will also offer guests a singular opportunity to view master drawings from the permanent collection and treasures from the Duke d’Aumale’s incredible library. These works, which are not available to the public, will be carefully selected by Chantilly’s curators Mathieu Deldicque and Laurent Ferri for the event. Following the private tour and viewings, guests will enjoy a sumptuous lunch which will be held on the premises of Chantilly.
